Yes. Tier changes apply on the next billing cycle. Your context (decisions, knowledge, conversations) carries over.
What counts as a chat message?
One message from you, one response from your assistant. Tool use does not count against the limit.
Do you train on my data?
No. Your business context and conversations are encrypted at rest with per-value derived keys. Nothing leaves your tenant boundary.
What if my business changes?

Can I cancel?
